Pandam graševini in red wines?

And during this year's five workshops, the bar was raised very high, so in addition to the characteristics and different terroirs of Graševina, the price ranges of white and black varieties were discussed, as well as some other varieties that are also cultivated in Croatia and give excellent results.

- Interaction and expression of opinion is key, and the progress through the workshops is very visible. The focus is, of course, on Graševina, which defined the wine story of the Požega-Slavonska County and represents the "anchor" of the white assortment. The question about the "anchor" for black varieties in Slavonia does not have a clear answer. At the workshops, it proved to be an excellent Pinot Noir, but there are also excellent Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc., points out Lugarić.
