The Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski offers its citizens and visitors the attractive FIT4NOVI program again this year, which last year gained another great dimension through the activity Nordic walking along the historic promenades of Novi Vinodolski.
To the great delight of fans of Nordic walking and outdoor activities, the program continued this year, organized by the Novi Vinodolski Tourist Board in cooperation with the Gorovo Tourist Board and the Nordic Walking Team Opatija, and offers walking along blue and green trails, walkways adapted to all age groups.
A great walking program started with a trail Valley of wine, which, in addition to walking along the attractive trail, also offered a specially prepared tasting at the Pavlomir Winery, a widely known brand of the Novalja Riviera.
After gathering and warming up exercises, a column of walkers in excellent spirits, consisting of walkers of different generations and numerous pets, set off on the route Pavlomir - Old Town Novi Vinodolski (Church of St. Philip and James) - Frankopan Castle with the Kvadrac Tower - Port of Novi Vinodolski - Pavlomir.

The walkers, led by licensed Nordic walking and hiking guides, completed the eight-kilometer trail in just over two hours, and upon arrival at the Pavlomir Winery, they were greeted by a gastronomic tasting and a tour of the cellar under the guidance of Maja Palinkaš.
The walkers marked Holy Saturday with a walk through the "Valley of Wine", combining activities in nature with the beauties of Novi Vinodolski, and the next Nordic walking program is scheduled for April 26th when walkers will take to the attractive "Heavenly Labyrinths" trail.
