From here there is a wonderful view of the Pelješac peninsula and the Pelješki channel, and Kneže bay is characterized by the fact that it is famous windsurfing destination so if you decide to do this kind of adrenaline activity this summer, you know where you're going. The bay is characterized by its almost daily exposure to Maestral and Tramnuntana winds, which are ideal for sailing.
Due to the sheltered location of the bay, the sea here warms up faster, and the sandy beach with a gradual approach to the sea in the area of the Kneže bay is perfect for a vacation with children who will enjoy building towers in the sand.
If you come with your own transport, not far from the beach you will find parking for your tin pet.
Račišće
Račišće is a small settlement and port on the northern coast of the island Korčula, this area is surrounded by beautiful beaches and coves and is an ideal vacation spot for all ages.
You will often hear how this area is with the best pebble beaches on the island of Korčula. At the bottom of Račišće Bay, you will find several pebble beaches with showers and the possibility of renting sunbeds. If you take a short walk in this area, you will also find hidden coves that will become your little piece of paradise.
You will also find several in the center of Račišće concrete piers which are made for sunbathing, so if your goal is to return from vacation with a tan, now you know where to sunbathe. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and cafes when you get tired of the sun.
The pebbles in this area are fine, pleasant underfoot and suitable for children, but the sea is quite deep already ten meters from the shore, so if you come with children, always be on the lookout.
Žrnovska Spa
Žrnovska Banja is a settlement that belongs to it Žrnova, and it is about four kilometers from the town of Korčula. This will be your number one destination if you want a quiet vacation in the immediate vicinity of a tourist center with a rich offer.
Near Žrnovska Banja are the bays of Orlanduša, Medvidnjak, Vrbovica, Rasohatica and Pavja Luka, where you will surely find your peaceful, romantic corner where you can enjoy the clean air and clear sea away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Pavja Luka Bay
Pavja Luka beach is located in a small, secluded bay of Pavja Luka on the southern coast of the island of Korčula, and it is about 15 kilometers from the town of Korčula. This is a beautiful pebble beach with clear sea and a beautiful view of Zaglav.
You will rarely see many people on this beach, so it will be ideal for those who like a secluded vacation, and the reason for this may be a little more difficult to access, as you have to walk about ten minutes from the road to the beach itself.
Your effort will pay off many times over when you experience the benefits of the clean sea and the fascinating view that you will enjoy all day long.
Uvala Rasohatica
Between Lumbarda and Zavlatica on the island of Korčula, you will come across three beautiful bays: Rasohatica, Bratinja Luka and Bačva.
In the bay area, you will easily find beautiful pebble beaches surrounded by lush vegetation, pure nature and an impressive view of the Lastovo channel, the archipelago of the island of Lastovo and the open sea, and narrow macadam roads across the island lead to them.

The island of Vrnik
The island of Vrnik together with the village of the same name is the oldest the most famous Korčula quarry dating back to the ancient Roman era, and there are 29 of them in total. Today, only a few families live in this picturesque village who rent out rooms to guests, and taxi boats regularly drive to the islet in the summer months.
Vrnik stands out for its secluded beaches that resemble photos from postcards and which you can enjoy in solitude without too many crowds.
The island of Badija
The Korčula archipelago consists of about twenty smaller islands, islets and rocks. One of the most famous is the island of Badija, which you can reach by various excursion boats from the town of Korčula, and for the last suggestion we choose this real sugar at the end.
In addition to the monastery, which is the most famous here, one of the attractions is fallow deer who walk freely here. The first couple arrived half a century ago from Brijuna. It's a bit unreal to see the deer approaching the shore as you approach the jetty and they keep getting closer and closer until you're right in front of them. It's as if you're on a continental resort or in the mountains, not on an island.
The most famous place for swimming is a concrete beach where deer gather and walk freely while you sunbathe. In addition to sunscreen, bring carrots and apples to Badi because these four-legged friends of the island will thank you.
