The most important Festival of Mediterranean gastronomy in the region is being held from October 24 to 27 in Split. With many domestic top chefs, will gather and chefs from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Visitors to the Festival will have the opportunity to enjoy the distinctive flavors of different Mediterranean countries and explore the similarities and differences of Mediterranean cuisines in one evening. Namely, in Ribarnica in Split, one dinner will be prepared by foreign chefs, and the other by local chefs.
In addition to top chefs awarded with the most important culinary awards (Michelin, Gault & Millau, 50 Best), the Festival will panel discussion host restaurateurs, hoteliers, experts in the field of tourism and gastronomy, and producers of food, wine, and olive oil.

Thus, during the Festival, which celebrates the culinary wealth of the Mediterranean, all lovers of good food will be able to enjoy their excellent dishes.
Meštrović's pjat near Dujka - an exclusive gourmet experience
An exclusive gourmet experience at the Taste the Mediterranean Festival: you will be able to taste the dishes that the famous artist enjoyed in his home at the Dujkin Dvor tavern from October 25 to November 3, 2024. "Meštrovićev pjat kod Dujka" is a joint project of the tavern Duke's court i Museum of Ivan Meštrović in Split, whose official presentation will take place as part of the event "Taste the Mediterranean", and was inspired by the booklet "Meštrović Family Menu".
Namely, the Museums of Ivan Meštrović published the mentioned menu in which the eating habits of the family were presented. The most interesting recipes were selected and the weekly menu was published, which Meštrović's wife Olga put together for her family. This was precisely the incentive to give more attention to this topic, and to bring the gastronomic habits of one of Split's lovers closer to fellow citizens and guests.
