The Welcome Spring Festival will reopen its green classroom in the park for its seventh edition. A rich program for all generations will be held from April 27 to May 4, 2025. on the meadow next to the Route 66 club in Zagreb. This year, the emphasis is on current topics such as climate change, youth mental health, STEM and robotics, artificial intelligence, sustainable recipes, and the inevitable music and art.

The festival will open on April 27th with a children's play - Milica on her way around the world, there is unavoidable music for everyone's ears. In the afternoon, we will be entertained by young talents from the El Musicante music school and the high school band Strano tijelo, and the evening will be filled with the sounds of blues and soul played by the band Brothers. Every day offers a variety of activities: sports activities such as frisbee, badminton, table tennis and football, and you will have the opportunity to try your hand at the Little Waste Olympics and win valuable prizes.
With your head in knowledge and your feet in rhythm...
The daytime part of the festival is reserved for educational lectures and discussions, such as that of Professor Želimir Veinović on renewable sources and nuclear energy. You can also expect a panel on youth mental health and climate change, with useful tips on how artificial intelligence can support psychological well-being care, and workshops for kindergartens.
For World Dance Day, April 29th, the festival offers workshops in African dance and rhythm, and the evening is reserved for a light gig with MAKU meets CHOSQUE and music from all over the world. The musical part of the ten-day festival program is further enriched by performances by the bands Kaira Kela, Ima Gruva, Rtificialred, Plagijatorsi and school bands from El Musicante and Strano tijelo. To make the atmosphere even better, on April 30th, Marina Orsag will take care of the Sluha i Igara quiz in the Eurosong edition, and later you can party until the wee hours.
Don't miss the traditional May Day celebration, with free beans for all neighbors who bring their own plate and utensils, because together we care about the environment. For the musical atmosphere on this special day, there are Soulectors, and ArtBazzar will bring together local artists and creatives who will prepare interactive workshops for visitors that you will be able to enjoy, not only on May Day, but also on weekends.
Refresh yourself at the workshop "I'll Mix You a Friday" with recipes for healthy cocktails, relax with yoga in the greenery, or experience how robotics meets nature at the STEM workshop "Robots in Action", and there will also be a multitude of creative workshops and an XXL game from the Museum of Illusions throughout the week.

Feel the rhythm of spring
For a complete experience, visitors will also have access to a well-stocked festival bar with a variety of refreshing cocktails, a selection of beers and other beverages. Lovers of good snacks will be delighted by the Langosh bar, where they will be able to taste the popular langosh in various sweet and savory variations.
The Welcome Spring Festival in Zagreb has been organized for seven years by the association Priroda za sve, which educates visitors about sustainable development, waste and climate change in a fun and informal way. Through the phrase “an ordinary festival with an unusual mission”, they have become recognizable as a place where knowledge is transmitted with a smile, music and togetherness.

Access to everything Festival programs is free, opening hours are every day from 11 am to 00 pm, and pets of all kinds are welcome.
