Vegetable chicken stew

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1500 grams of fresh chicken
- 500 g of young potatoes, preferably from Gorski Kotar
- 1 fresh pepper
- 1 head of red onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 carrots
- 300 g peas
- teaspoon of tomato concentrate
- spices: salt, pepper
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Saute red onion, paprika and tomato and add diced carrots. Add the chicken cut into slightly larger pieces. Let it cook gently. After half an hour, add diced Gorski Kotar potatoes and peas. Season and add tomato concentrate. At the end of the meal, cook the dumplings, which are prepared from eggs and flour. Delight!
Young boar with Gorski Kotar potatoes in a bread oven

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 kg of mountain, young wild boar
- 20 dkg carrots
- 15 dkg of paprika
- 15 dkg of red onion
- 10 dkg tomatoes
- Bay leaf
- a sprig of rosemary
- salt, pepper
- 2dl oil
- underlay foundation
- 0,5 kg of Gorani potatoes
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Add salt to the meat, accompany it and put it on heated oil. Fry on both sides. Add red onion, carrot, paprika, tomato, bay leaf and rosemary. Pour the stock and cover. Cook for 1 hour. After that, the meat and vegetables are taken out and baked in a bread oven. It is served with Gorski Kotar potatoes, which go well with stewed sauerkraut. Delight!
