The video, which is widely shared on social networks, along with idyllic video frames and photos of the coast and Dubrovnik, states that "in this city in Croatia, houses are sold for 13 cents, or formerly 1 kuna".

Already in the next sentence and on the subtitle, it is stated that it is a place Legrad, although the pictures still show the Adriatic Sea and the walls of Dubrovnik, which caused an avalanche of negative comments from Croatia, but on the other hand, there was also great interest from foreigners who were hoping for cheap real estate by the sea.

The video has almost 800 comments and over 5000 reposts, and most Croatians explain that they have never heard of this, and that it is a hoax because Legrad is not even close to Dubrovnik.
