The route through Southern Istria is divided into seven pilgrimage chapters - or seven days of walking, which is enough to experience the rich historical, cultural and especially sacral heritage, surrounded by impressive natural landscapes and unique urban complexes.
The route, as in the rest of Europe, is marked with the recognizable symbol of St. James – a stylized shell (Jacob's cap) in bright yellow on a dark blue background. The total length of the Camino South Istria route is 192 kilometers.

The organizers invite all lovers of nature, history, spirituality and hiking to join them in this special opportunity to explore lesser-known, but extremely valuable parts of Southern Istria. Participation in the Camino South Istria is possible with prior registration via the official website.
