Požega-Slavonia County Tourist Board for the second year in a row, it has been conducting a series of educational activities for restaurateurs, winemakers and owners of tasting rooms through the project "Golden Slavonia Eno & Gastro" in collaboration with chef Branko Ognjenović and sommelier Darko Lugarić.

In the week from October 9 to 13, chef Ognjenović within this project held two-day business consultations in the catering facilities Zlatni Lug and Schön blick. During these consultations, he worked with restaurant owners and staff to improve their offerings and create new dishes, including dishes adapted to people with special dietary needs.
Sommelier Darko Lugarić in the area of Kutjeva dd, he held two educations/workshops for winemakers and owners of tasting rooms. At the first workshop on the topic Sparkling wines of the region in correlation with other sparkling wines of Croatia a comparison of the stylistics of the sparkling wines of Slavonia with the relevant sparkling wines of Plešivica, Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia was made. The conclusion of the workshop is that although Slavonia is known mainly for the production of white and increasingly red wines, the offer of sparkling wines does not lag behind other regions.

Second workshop for owners of tasting rooms on the topic Improvement of the offer of tasting rooms in the quality of the offer it was divided into two parts. The theoretical part was based on the correct selection of wine and the order in which they are served, as well as on the packages of offers in terms of the amount of wine and food. Then it followed pairing of food and wine in tasting rooms. Chef Branko Ognjenović has prepared several dishes that can be prepared with a tasting in the tasting rooms:
- Eggplant spread
- Bean and caramelized onion spread
- Canapés made of ajvar and cracklings with lard
- Interpretation of tortilla with pumpkin seeds, ajvar, cracklings and pumpkin oil
- Fried chicken with mayonnaise on a cracker.

The project continues with the further holding of business consultations and wine workshops for restaurateurs and winemakers from the area of Zlatna Slavonia.
