What to visit in Orebic?
Required Maritime Museum which preserves the memories of captains and sailors. You will find nautical charts, nautical books, travel documents, ropes, pictures of famous Orebic sailing ships, ship tools… You will find out how Orebic even had 33 overseas sailing ships, but also their own shipyard Škver, after which the people of Orebić still call that part of the town Škvar.

It is located on a hill above the place Museum of the Franciscan Monastery with votive images of seafarers and their families. Within the monastery find the church and the lookout of Our Lady of the Angels. The panorama of Orebić is the best from that place. Namely, on the hill of Sv. Elijah, at 150 meters above sea level in the 15th century, a Franciscan monastery and the votive Gothic-Renaissance church of Our Lady of the Angels were built.
