2. View of an architectural gem
Cathedral of St. Jakov is one of the most famous cathedrals in all of Croatia, and its special feature is that it is completely built of stone without the use of binders. If you visit Šibenik, it is impossible to bypass it.

Speaking of the "photogenic spot" - while walking around the city, look for the steep stairs at Trg Republike Hrvatske which will take you to a place with a beautiful view of the cathedral, this architectural gem.
3. Postcard from Šibenik
In 2020, the Tourist Board of the City of Šibenik and the City of Šibenik set up a photo frame at the Smričnjak lookout.
Smričnjak hill is 164 meters high and has a path to two levels of the hill, and there are benches for rest. In addition to the set photo frame, this lookout will delight you with its fascinating view of the entire city and its surroundings. You can also get there by car, and for a special experience we suggest visiting Smričnjak at sunrise or sunset.
4. Panoramic view of the award-winning beach
Although the bathing time is not even close yet, the beaches are still locations worth visiting. A walk, a view of the endless blue and fresh air are the reasons to visit Banj beach this spring. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the city center.

There you will "take" the best selfies with an attractive view of the old city center, the fortress of St. Mihovil and the Canal of St. Anthony. Also, Banj beach won the award for the best beach in Croatia in 2016, chosen by the Croatian Tourist Board.
5. Sugar at the end - photos in the realm of colors
Along the beaches, we continue to Jadrija - sugar at the end. This beach has been repeatedly highlighted as one of the most photogenic locations of Lijepa naša, and the doors have contributed the most to that. Ever since they were installed, the colorful doors of fishing houses have become a real attraction on social networks.
Jadrija Beach is the first registered beach in Šibenik, and the locals have been enjoying it since 1921, and it is located on a peninsula at the entrance to the Šibenik Channel.
In which of the proposed locations would you like to be photographed? Whichever you choose, during your trip and walk, apart from taking photos, don't forget to set aside time just for yourself - without technology, just enjoying nature and all that it can offer you. As much as we love to capture memories in photographs, we must not forget to be present in the moment and fully experience it, and the memory of that feeling is simply irreplaceable.
