"Taste like... brunch" continues in a somewhat different, winter edition, and the first one is scheduled for the first weekend in November, to be precise on Sunday, November 3 at 10 a.m., at the Baraka Winery. Due to the limited number of participants, registration for this educational and presentation brunch is mandatory!

In May 2024, the Tourist Board of Šibenik-Knin County launched a new project "Taste like... lunch", in cooperation with tourist boards throughout the county, and the goal of this project is to revitalize and nurture the old tradition of lunch in this area, as well as some traditional crafts , that is, crafts and folk customs.
A total of six brunches were held on the first weekend of every month, in order in Šibenik, Rogozniki, Chestnuts, Knin, Bettina i Vodice.

However, as the concept proved to be very successful and well received in the first year of the event, both among the local population and among foreign visitors, the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board decided that they would not interrupt this series, but would continue with the brunch in something a little different, winter edition.

This winter we are expecting educational workshops and other interesting content that will present the concept of this project of the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board.

First up is the educational and presentation brunch, which will be held on Sunday, November 3 at the Baraka Winery. This brunch is designed as an interactive get-together with good food and top wines. The famous Sibenik chef Dino Bebić will prepare two brunches: lamb with homemade gnocchi and pike on "cod", and through the preparation he will tell the attendees how brunches used to look throughout history, and how the brunch has been modernized over time. Participants will also be able to get involved in food preparation.
It is already clear to everyone that a brunch is not complete without good wine, so you will have the opportunity to taste some wine labels of the famous Baraka Winery, and during the tasting, the owner Filip will tell interesting facts about the famous Šibenik varieties throughout history.

This educational and presentation brunch is designed for a small number of people, so registration is mandatory, and registrations will be considered complete only after payment of the registration fee in the amount of 25 euros.
