The Slavonski hiking trail is an interesting hiking story started on July 27, 1957. The oldest and longest hiking trail in Croatia is 300 kilometers long, and you can walk it in one piece or separately, each of a total of five sections. In addition to good preparation, the whole route in one piece requires nine days or 85 hours of walking, which is the length of the tour, and not many mountaineers can boast of having crossed it.
This interesting road is circular with 31 mandatory and 4 optional checkpoints, and includes the mountains of the Požega Mountains: Papuk, Psunj, Krndija, Požega and Dilj gora.
The 300 km long SBA in the Slavonian mountains is divided into 5 sections
- “Psunj”: pl. dom Petrov vrh - pl. house Strmac
- “Požeška gora”: pl. house Strmac - Komorica
- "Dilj gora": Komorica - pl. house Borovik
- “Krndija”: pl. house Borovik - pl. home Jankovac

Stamps as proof of SBA tour
In order to win Badge of the Slavonski Mountaineering Route you need to go through all the mandatory checkpoints, and there are stamps on them as proof that you have gone through them. In case you cannot find the stamp somewhere, a photo of you in the environment of the checkpoint will also serve. It is recommended to visit the checkpoints in five two-day trips. The stamps are found in the corresponding boxes at the checkpoints or in the hiking facilities that the trail passes by.
You can visit the Slavonian hiking trail in unlimited time and in the direction you choose. The tour is at your own risk in compliance with the rules of safe touring and staying in the mountains, which are recommended by the Croatian Mountaineering Association.
