Local foxes, licensed guides of Gorski kotar Lynx and Fox invite you to join them for an unforgettable get-together in nature, which is being held March 9, 16 and 17, when, on a specially designed tour, they will reveal all the secrets of the bear's bow to you on a meditative walk along the crystal clear rivers of the heart of Gorski kotar.
This one a walk in Gorski Kotar is perfect for all ages, even for those people who are not in shape or have difficulty moving, because the route leads on completely flat terrain.
Bear onion (lat. Allium ursinum) is an edible plant that is often found in our forests in the spring and can be consumed in different ways, and is most often used as a seasoning in salads, sauces and pasta dishes. The leaves have a mild garlic flavor, and when eaten raw, they have a beneficial effect on the digestive system.
It can also be consumed as a soup, side dish or tea while it is said to have many health benefits: it helps lower blood pressure, improves digestion and strengthens the immune system, and has antibacterial and antiviral effects.
There are several poisonous plants that can be mistaken for bear's onion, such as hellebore, sedge, sedge, lily of the valley... Therefore, you should always be careful when collecting plants in nature. You will during our walk, learn all about the bear bow, its appearance and doubles, and to detect and pick it in nature.

After we return from the walk, there will be a tasting of a fine onion pesto on crackers with an exchange of recipes. The participation fee is 15 EUR for adults and 7,5 EUR for children. The price includes organization, tourist guidance, education, welcome drink and cookies, pesto tasting and insurance.
