Zagreb LoveRun It was started as a fun way to celebrate Valentine's Day within the Swibir Triathlon Club. However, this event quickly grew into an open race for anyone who wants to celebrate love on or around Valentine's Day.
This special race has the motto “Love has no boundaries”, and accordingly, categories have been created in which everyone can participate. Despite its recreational nature, the five-kilometer race always attracts different types of runners. Whether it is a pre-season fitness test, the start of a more serious running career, or simply a walk in love. For most, LoveRun is the perfect opportunity to socialize and have fun.
The race was first held as an open event in 2020 and sold out within eight days, with 500 runners participating. A year later, the race could not be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but in 2022, despite epidemiological measures, the race was held and again sold out in a very short time.
Due to the excellent energy and the fact that socializing, healthy living and love are at the forefront of this race, but also due to the great interest of the partners, it was decided that the 2023 race will be organized in Zagreb and five other cities: Vukovar, I deny it, Zadar, Maribor and Podgorica, under one umbrella name LoveRun.
Last year, in its tenth edition, the race was held in Zagreb, Maribor and Podgorica, and this year Belgrade joined the LoveRun team. The organizers invite everyone to open their hearts and run five kilometers for love with them!
This year, 16. February Be a part of the most loving race that, without a doubt, knows no boundaries. A good atmosphere, coffee, donuts, tea, a DJ, healthy company and, of course, lots of love await you at the race.
